COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Elwood Gettys 121-174-200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Enerpac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emod parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Enerpac such as the MRS5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VKVM58 manufactured by Emod and we are pleased to be able to service most Emod systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM75SA7H41DAAU by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand MGM340CONS0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Engel such as 022201311 equipment made by Engel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Engel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Engel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FTL50HATE2AD2E6A made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular FX5100 original spares produced by Erhardt--Leimer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XVM by Emerson and 022201311 spares by Engel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CD2A22A1AB4E5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
